Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements will forfeit those bonuses upon closure. Account closure does not exempt you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jos188 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is less) on dormant Accounts. Accounts dormant for 24 months with balances under Rp 100,000 may be closed with remaining funds forfeited. You may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and contacting customer support.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jos188 holds its operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles. For matters involving Indonesian users, relevant Indonesian consumer protection laws may apply where they do not conflict with the primary governing law.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Services, you agree to first contact jos188 customer support to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jos188.
jos188 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, Account notification, or prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the Services and close your Account.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and jos188 regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any other provision or any subsequent waiver of the same provision.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without jos188's prior written consent. jos188 may assign this Agreement to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets without your consent.
This Agreement is executed in English. In the event this Agreement is translated into other languages for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in case of any inconsistency or conflicting interpretation.
